The ASCE Student Chapter of Younus College of Engineering and Technology was established to provide technical platforms for budding civil engineering students. ASCE YCET Student Chapter was officially authorized in 2023.

CIVESTA is the official Civil Engineers Association of the Department of Civil Engineering at Younus College of Engineering and Technology (YCET). The association serves as a dynamic platform for students to enhance their technical knowledge, professional skills, leadership qualities, and innovative thinking beyond the classroom.

CIVESTA is committed to fostering academic excellence by organizing a wide range of activities, including technical seminars, workshops, guest lectures, industrial visits, project exhibitions, design competitions, site visits, expert interactions, and skill development programs. These initiatives bridge the gap between theoretical concepts and practical applications while encouraging research, innovation, and sustainable engineering practices.
