The Department of Civil Engineering was established along with the inception of Younus College of Engineering and Technology in 2002. Over the years, the department has established a distinguished legacy through sustained growth and academic excellence. The Department of Civil Engineering offers an Under Graduate programme leading to the B.Tech. degree and Post Graduate programme leading to the M.Tech. degree (Structural Engineering) of APJ Abdul Kalam Technological University. Our academic environment is built on a foundation of experienced faculty members, proficient technical staff, and comprehensively equipped laboratories. The American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE) student chapter associated with the department is established with the objective of fostering technical and extracurricular activities among students beyond the regular curriculum. This professional society organizes events enabling students to collaborate and interact with professionals, effectively bridging the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
