Profile

Dr. Rag R L is an accomplished academic with over 22 years of teaching and administrative experience in the field of engineering education. He holds a B.Tech and M.Tech from TKM College of Engineering, Kollam, and a Ph.D. from the prestigious National Institute of Technology, Calicut. Throughout his career, Dr. Rag has held several leadership positions, including 12 years as Principal and Head of the Department at various engineering colleges in Kerala. His vast experience in academic administration, combined with his strong commitment to quality education, has significantly contributed to the growth and development of the institutions he has served. Dr. Rag has authored several international journal publications, presenting his research in reputed journals and conferences. His scholarly contributions include the well-received book "Introduction to Sustainable Engineering", published by PHI, which reflects his dedication to sustainability and engineering innovation. In recognition of his academic and leadership excellence, Dr. Rag has been honored with the Avishkar Foundation Award. He has also served as the IQAC Coordinator at various institutions, ensuring quality and continuous improvement in education. Additionally, Dr. Rag is an accredited KTU Academic Auditor and a recognized Research Supervisor under KTU, guiding future scholars in their academic pursuits. With his strong academic background, leadership skills, and a passion for advancing engineering education, Dr. Rag continues to make a lasting impact on the academic community.
