Student Clubs and Enrichment Cells at Younus College of Engineering and Technology form an essential part of campus life, creating spaces where students can pursue their interests beyond the academic curriculum.These platforms encourage creativity, collaboration, and meaningful engagement, contributing to a vibrant and dynamic student community.

Participation in these forums allows students to develop important skills such as leadership, communication, teamwork, and organization, while also fostering confidence and personal growth.YCET hosts a diverse range of clubs and cells—including the Music Club, Eco Club, Sports Club, Photography Club, Robotics Club, and Coding Club—each providing opportunities for students to explore their passions, refine their talents, and broaden their perspectives.

Examination Cell

The Examination Cell is constituted to ensure the smooth and systematic conduct of internal and University examinations. A senior faculty member is appointed as the Convener of the Examination Cell. Representatives from various departments assist in the conduct of examinations, with one member nominated from each department.

Functions of the Examination Cell

1. Conduct of Internal Examinations

To ensure the smooth, transparent, and fair conduct of internal examinations.
To prepare and publish the internal examination timetable.
To arrange examination halls and seating plans in advance.
To prepare invigilation duty rosters for each session and inform the respective departments.
To arrange and distribute blank answer booklets and necessary stationery for the examinations.
To notify departments regarding deadlines for submission and printing of question papers.
To distribute required materials (answer sheets, additional sheets, absentee statements, seating arrangements, question papers, etc.) to invigilators on the day of examination.
To collect answer scripts and related documents after the completion of each examination session.

2. Conduct of University Examinations

To conduct University examinations in accordance with the guidelines and instructions issued by the affiliating University.
To publish the examination timetable as prescribed by the University.
To prepare seating plans and hall arrangements well in advance.
To prepare invigilation duty lists for each examination session.
To receive, verify, count, and securely arrange question papers as per the University’s instructions.
To distribute examination materials to invigilators on the day of examination.
To collect, verify, and dispatch answer scripts as per University procedures after the examination.

STANDARDS CLUB

The Standards Club is a student body that promotes awareness of quality, safety, and standardization. Its main goal is to educate students and the community about the importance of Indian Standards in daily life and industry.

Functions of the Standards Club

To conduct seminars, workshops, and lectures to educate students about Indian Standards, quality control, and product certification.
To engage students through quiz, debate, essay-writing, and standards-writing competitions to deepen their understanding of standardization.
To organize exposure visits to manufacturing units and testing laboratories to demonstrate real-world applications of quality standards.
To encourage students to undertake projects related to quality improvement, product testing, and standardization.
